This property is located in Township 53 N, Range 03W, Section 1 of Pike County, MO. The property will be sold by the acre and offered in a single tract.
The subject property has frontage all along the north side on Highway UU. There is rural water and according to the Pike County FSA Office there are about 18.71 acres open out of the total 86.46 acres. The balance of the farm consists of an uninhabitable homestead, mature timber and a couple of small ponds.
