Due to the death of our mother, Maggie Brewer, we will sell the following tracts of land at Public Auction.  Auction to be held at Enyeart Auction Center in Keytesville, MO.

 

Tract #1: 67 Acres, m/l  (Susewind Farm) Good quality, mostly all tillable bottomland farm located in the upper Brunswick Bottom area in Sec 13, Twp 53, Rg 20.  From Bourqmond Ave 2 miles East of Brunswick to Keelboat Rd; them back west ¾ mile to Trapper Avenue; then south on Trapper ¼ mile to farm located on the west side of road.  Soils consist of Booker, Tina, Carlow, & Norborne.

Tract #2: 120 Acres, m/l – (Noll Farm)  Mostly all tillable bottomland; located in Sec 17 &18, Twp 53, Rge 19. From Bourqmond Avenue 2 miles east of Brunswick; go south about 1/2 mile to farm located on the east side of road. Soils consist of Booker, Parkville, & Levasy

Tract #3: 123 Acres, m/l – (Keytesville Farm) Chariton River/Mussel Fork Bottomland farm located in Sect 10, Twp 53, Rge 18. From Keytesville, go south on Route K approximately 1-1/2 miles to RR tracks; cross RR & take rock road to the East about 1/8 mile to farm. Farm is about 65% open farmland with balance in woodland. Terms of Auction:  Earnest Money deposit of 10% is required day of Auction upon entering into Real Estate Purchase Agreement.  Earnest money is non-refundable and will be applied to the purchase price on the day of closing, in approximately 30 days.  Buyer’s must have financing secured prior to this auction; this property sells without any contract Contingencies.  Seller will furnish Title Insurance at their expense; 2017 & all prior year’s taxes are paid by the Seller. Possession granted at closing.
